XRF Calibration for Industrial Standards and Environment Standards
For over a decade, Calmeasures has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality reference standards. Today, leading institutions in over 50 countries rely on Calmeasures standards to calibrate their X-ray fluorescence (XRF) systems. These standards are widely used for instrument calibration and quality control across various fields, including thin coatings and material analysis. Additionally, they are valuable as sources of pure element spectra for background subtraction routines and serve as routine checks for x-ray detector resolution and overall system performance.
All Calmeasures standards are produced using advanced vacuum deposition techniques, ensuring highly uniform deposits. In most cases, our standards present elements free of interference and are thin enough to negate thickness effects. When compounds or semi-compounds are required, we carefully select companion elements to minimize interference and ensure long-term stability. While ultra-high purity is not always essential for these thin films, the materials we use are 99.9% pure or better. Each calibration standard is delivered with a full certification, guaranteeing its precision and reliability.
